processing via Shop Cart which is a secure method of transporting information over the

currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Credit cards are
accepted online. Payment: We accept all credit cards, personal checks and money orders on prepaid orders. Orders will be shipped once payment is received. When using a personal check please include your drivers lincense number and make check payable to Encore Graphics. COD (Cash On Delivery) All CODs must be paid by cash or money
order only in the exact amount of the order upon delivery. Customer Returns: Should
you receive damaged merchandise please contact us via e-mail - Encore@RandEnterprises.com, phone: 256-464-6970
or at P. O. Box 812, Madison, Al. 35758 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Returns cannot be accepted without a valid RAN. Please do not hesitate to contact
us about any situation that does not meet your expectations. All

Encore Graphics & Fine Art offers next day delivery ONLY on orders that are made and
confirmed. The order will be shipped next day after the order is confirmed. This is as
close to next day delivery as is currently possible. (It is necessary to confirm an order
to ensure stock availability, orders are confirmed within 24 hours) All other orders will
be shipped within three business days of in stock confirmation. Prints or shipped in tubes
or flat boxes. Sales Tax: The State of
