check order processing via Paypal which is a secure method of
transporting information over the internet using most major credit cards.

Payment:
We accept most major credit cards, personal checks and money orders on
prepaid orders. Orders will be shipped once payment is received.
When using a personal check please include your driver’s license number and
make check payable to Encore Graphics and Fine Art.
COD (Cash On Delivery) All CODs must be paid by cash or money
order only in the exact amount of the order upon delivery.

Should you
receive damaged merchandise please contact us via e-mail -

256-509-7944 or at P. O. Box 32, Huntsville, Al. 35811 to obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RAN). Returns cannot be accepted without a valid RAN.
Please do not hesitate to contact us about any situation that does not meet
your expectations.

person using the site will be used solely for the future customization of this web
site. We strongly encourage customers to take the time to fill out our guest book,
which affords us the opportunity to better customize/ individualize our services.

Shipping / Handling:
Encore Graphics & Fine Art offers next day delivery ONLY on orders that are made and
confirmed. The order will be shipped next day after the order is confirmed. This is as
close to next day delivery as is currently possible. (It is necessary to confirm an order
to ensure stock availability, orders are confirmed within 24 hours) All other orders will
be shipped within three business days of in stock confirmation. Prints or shipped in tubes
or flat boxes.
Standard
US and Overseas
shipment charges are $20.00. ADD 10.00 for COD charges. ADD $15.00 for next
day delivery. Charges for shipments outside the US or its territories will
be handled on an individual basis. UPS and FEDEX does not deliver to PO
Boxes so please provide a street address.

The State of
Alabama requires that all orders shipped within the state be subject to the current sales
tax. 8% (eight percent sales tax.)
